Sometimes your body simply needs the basics.

When you need extra support, our Ital 'N' Vital Body Boost+ is made with natural herbs to help support healthy energy levels, circulation and overall vitality, without the harsh crash.

Meet Daniel Ramiah – better known as "De Calabash Man".

In a world of mass-produced souvenirs, Daniel keeps a uniquely Guyanese tradition alive through the art of hand-carved calabash creations.

Using calabash gourds grown locally, he carefully transforms each piece into a one-of-a-kind work of art, engraving intricate designs inspired by Guyana's landscapes, culture and national identity. No two pieces are exactly alike.

From decorative bowls and ornaments to personalised keepsakes featuring the map of Guyana, Daniel's craftsmanship showcases the creativity, skill and entrepreneurial spirit found throughout our country.

These bespoke creations aren't just souvenirs – they're pieces of Guyanese heritage that tell a story.

Next time you're exploring Georgetown, keep an eye out for Daniel and his remarkable handiwork. You might just take home a truly authentic piece of Guyana.

📍 Have you ever purchased a hand-carved calabash piece?

Tag someone who appreciates local craftsmanship and Guyanese artistry. 🇬🇾
