HERE ARE SOME THINGS THAT WILL DEFINITELY HAPPEN WHEN YOU START JIU JITSU…..
Lots and lots of Laundry, if you want to be good you need to be consistent which means washing your gear constantly… Injuries, they’re going to happen, be smart train carefully, pick and choose who you roll with but remember it’s not the end of the world. Self doubt… it’s a roller coaster ride some days you’ll be the hammer some fails the nail but never doubt yourself just keep pushing. Finally success and failures … you will have plenty of both.. BJJ is a marathon not a sprint and to get where you want in the journey takes time, dedication and patience. Stay the course!! @bjj_world_ @bjj @everythingjiujitsu @jiujitsumag @bjjglobetrotters #bjj #bjjlifestyle #jiujitsulifestyle #jiujitsu #grappling by @lockdownbjj
