First and foremost; win, loose or draw thankful to God for giving me such a blessed life, a loving family and an amazing gym. Fighting and competing is not an easy thing. It comes with so many ups and downs. But, at the end of the day it’s a “controlled” competition. I really enjoyed this opportunity even though it didn’t go how I wanted. It was so much fun getting back in there after 5+ years away from fighting. There was no ring rust and I felt very well amazingly. However, moments of urgency were lacking. It is a fight and you need to have the highest of urgency in deciding things vs treating it too much like training. So, like I tell my team: “learn, feel what you’re gonna feel but then move on. Life is too short to live in the rear view mirror.”
.
Thank you @maximus_promotions and @muaythaichicago for the opportunity to fight for y’all. AMAZING show, production and treatment. Also, S/O to @thechelseam for the great photo. #muaythai #thecellargym #god #blessed #family taken in Chicago, IL by @locken33

We must never forget! On this day, 25 years ago the United States of America was attacked.
There were many brave men and women that day who sprang into action to save their fellow American!
We must never forget! Do not forget that feeling as we saw our great nation under attack! Do not forget that feeling of unity we felt after that horrific day! Do not forget!
Gob bless those who lost their lives that day, bless those that did everything they could to help their fellow American, bless those families who lost loved ones. God bless our soldiers who fought and continue to fight for our freedoms! God bless the families of our soldiers! God bless America!! 🙏🇺🇸 #god #usa #neverforget #military #blessed by @locken33

Rapid Fire Nutrition 🫣

In reality, there is not a one-size-fits-all way to eat.

All athletes are different, but when you’re competing in a weight-specific sport it’s important to have your diet locked in.

We have specialists here at The Cellar who can help you figure out what that would look like in a way that best suits your lifestyle + preferences! 🙌
