Introducing my design concept for MATIZ — a handmade ceramics brand created for the @designerbriefs challenge 🤍 MATIZ celebrates natural pink clay, tactile textures and the endless nuances of pink glaze. Each piece is shaped by hand, making every surface, curve and imperfection unique. The concept is built around a simple idea: beauty lives in imperfection — in organic forms, traces of the making process and materials that are allowed to feel natural and alive. My take on San Capri 🍊🌸 I wanted the brand to feel just like the drink itself - bright, fresh, botanical and full of summer. Something made for sunny picnics, long afternoons outside and spontaneous get-togethers with friends. The main visual idea is the gradient, inspired by the infusion process itself - how fruits, flowers and botanicals slowly release their colour and flavour into the tea. Each flavour has its own colour world, while the whole range stays vibrant and connected. My super express design for Rocco’s 🍨🇮🇹 I got so inspired by this brief that I basically designed the whole project non-stop. I wanted to capture that feeling of an Italian summer - warm, relaxed and a little nostalgic, while still keeping a strong connection to tradition and Italian craftsmanship.
