🏨✨ Hotel Stay Maxxing

How to get the most out of your hotel stay?! Use the amenities to the max in the morning!

Regular checkout at @loewskc isn’t until 11 AM, and you better believe I left my room at 10:58 AM 😉 (hosted)

Here’s how I used my stay wisely ⬇️

We started off with a leisurely breakfast at The Stillwell followed by a strong workout in the fitness center. You could even step across the way from the gym to enjoy a swim in the indoor salt water lap pool that’s open all season long!

Fitness amenities are all a part of Active Stays by Loews, @loewshotels initiative to embrace wellness and recovery as a part of every travel routine.

I checked out feeling AMAZING! I highly recommend the (seasonally customized) avocado toast, overnight oats and crossroads hash! All delicious, fresh options to leave you feeling well fueled and ready for whatever your day in Kansas City may bring.

💪✨The Ultimate Workout View for Self-Care Sunday

Active movement as a hotel amenity? Sign me up!

I’ve been wanting to workout with @sweatforum at @loewskc for FOREVER, and today I finally got the chance! (This was the third year for this partnership, so it’s been on my bucket list for a while!)

Sweaty Sundays with Sweat Forum is part of Active Stays by @loewshotels, built on the belief that movement should fit the guest.

Loew’s caters to guests seeking to build and maintain healthy routines away from home. I love their onsite fitness center, healthy-grab-and-go options and healthy menu features at The Stillwell. (More to come soon on their healthy breakfast options!)

Hotel guests can make their stay wellness-focused by booking The Sweat Escape package on select Sundays.

Today’s class was the final workout on the Horsefeather Social lawn for this season, but be on the lookout for next season!

If you’re not a hotel guest, you can also book through membership at Sweat Forum or use @classpass.
