Please aim to arrive at least 10 minutes early for your class. This ensures a smooth start for everyone and gives you enough time to check in and park. Being on time shows respect for your instructor and fellow participants.⏰

.

LOFT opened two years ago this November, and from day one it’s been a true mother-daughter project.

We didn’t really know what it would become. We just wanted a place where it feels good to be, where you don’t have to prove anything, just show up and move.

Since then, so many of you have become part of our weeks, and that means more to us than you know.

LOFT was never meant to be loud. It’s more of a quiet strength, something that’s just there when you need it.

Thank you for being here. 🤍
