Oh yeah baby first post with the 20's 💪
Crash Breakdown at 150 bpm
.
My prep angle in the left hand needs work and I wanna be faster moving between choke and flat. Also my feet when I choke get silly

Building strength with some holds after rehearsal tonight 🫡😎
I got to about 3 minutes before I broke for the first time. Better than I thought I would do!

100 Days of Practice (Day: 12/100)
.
With the pads and sticks again cause my rhythm needs work before I start worrying about plate technique 🥀 firm foundation built with purpose baby
.
16th note timing (I think you can tell at this point that I like this one) at a bpm I don't remember. The es tend to be late and I DEFINITELY rushed those beginning 16th when I accented the downbeat, but my as are way better than they were like a month ago so take your wins

Two exercises fo today 😝

100 Days of Practice: (Day 11/100)

First exercise is 8s with tap chokes and the second time through is with crunches/presses. Both at 100 bpm

My crunches can definitely be crunchier and I can work on establishing a clear time/beat of separation. For chokes, my actual choke position needs to be more forward on my body. I also need to establish prep counts and when to push back out to tap position like the separation in my crunches.

I like the visual at the end though 😻

Hey y'all it's been one FAT HOT minute. We're back on it with 16th note timing at 85 bpm. Kinda slow, but I'm not used to using sticks so I'm keeping it kinda simple. I'm on vacation (without cyms ✊😞), but the grind doesn't stop. Reps on the beach babyyyyy
