$2 years ago today since steel plate met savage. There's not been a day since where it's not on my mind at least once. Here are some of my biggest takeaways for wrestlers who find themselves in a similar situation Control the controlable; Stick with your physio and other exercises, but your body will heal in its own time You have nothing to prove. A few times in my recovery I tried to push myself to try and defy my limitations like benching heavy to prove I could. While I was ok, it was still stupid as I jeopardized my recovery all for my pride. Celebrate the little wins. I got very depressed going to my outpatient appointments only to learn that my fracture still hadn't healed. Someone close to me at the time made the point that it hadn't healed but it was healing. And lastly, the comeback is totally worth it. by @loganblackmore93$

First upper body day on the free @iestynreesfitness 4 week workout plan I got for entering his competition. It's strange doing something other than the workout I've been doing for so long but I'm overdue for some changes

15 years ago today I went to my first wrestling training session. Been a rough road, sometimes feels more like the same year 15 times but I don't know what else I'd be if I wasn't a wrestler

Thanks for the matches, miles, and memories

Last time @expoent was at Fire & Ice in Newport I took the Crown in a 2 on 1 handicap match.

Next Sunday, The reign of the Steel Plated Sovereign continues, and to anyone wishing to take the throne remember this....

If you're gonna hit the king, you better kill the king!

Found a 100kg sandbag in the gym. Had to let it know I'm the only heavy, awkward lump around here. by @loganblackmore93
