Hi 👋🏼 I’m Logan, a real estate agent in LA. Born & raised here, I have a deep appreciation and love for the architecture & spaces that make up Los Angeles.
💼 I work on an amazing team @canyonhaus, focusing on homes with character & soul and I love helping people make sense of the home buying process. Having bought and restored a 1920’s Spanish duplex in West Adams, I understand the realities of homeownership and how to support my clients through it.
💌 I love meeting new clients! If buying a home has been a dream of yours or is a goal this year, DM me or use the link in my bio to connect.

✏️This is one of those things I really wish we were taught about in school. Buying a house in LA… step by step. It’s needless to say that there is so much more to this process than what I could fit on these slides, but that’s why step #1 is so important! If you have thought about buying, have questions about the process, or are ready to get started, DM me or fill out the link in my bio to chat more. I love meeting new clients 💌

🦢 Craftsman in Echo Park | 1911 California craftsman moments away from all the fun stuff on Sunset. This home has all the good character with period windows, original hardwood floors, period doors & hardware, and a beautiful fireplace. The native landscaping in the backyard leads out to the former garage which now serves as a creative space or office. So much to love.

🗝️ If you want a home, buy the old house. It’s so hard (and expensive) to replicate good character & details nowadays. They just don’t make homes like they used to. If you want to go down this path… it is fun, it is invigorating, it is emotional, it can be expensive, but wow is it worth it. When we became the new stewards of our home, we knew it deserved to have the layers peeled back. It deserved to show its original floors and have someone invest in restoring them properly. It deserved for us to save up to (one day) restore the original stained glass. It deserved for us to keep all the arched entryways & coved ceilings. And it deserves so much more that we will get to one day…period windows & doors, saltillo tile on the porch, a new paint job, native garden… the list goes on. Owning an old home is about loving it for what it is, and getting comfortable with the list of things you GET to dream about doing one day soon. So if you’re asking me… buy the old house ♥️ it’s worth it.

🐞The Hollyhock House - being born and raised in LA, this was my first time here and it has been well worth the wait. Standing in the living room, it’s amazing to see how Frank Lloyd Wright brought all four classical elements together in one space. He combined the earth of the geometric stone carvings, air from the central skylight, fire in the hearth, and an actual sunken water moat right at your feet to create a room that genuinely lives and breathes. It completely changes how we look at the roots of California’s indoor-outdoor lifestyle. It’s hard to believe this masterpiece has been watching over LA since 1921. A must see if you live in or are visiting los angeles.
And all the thanks to my aunt @beachgodess13 for taking us ♥️

🕯️ Historical Tudor in Laurel Canyon | Rarely do l find a home that has it all, a place where creativity flows & breathes, where we have space to create & play, and where architecture & livability live harmoniously. But this is it. Every corner, every staircase, nook and hallway of this home oozes with whimsy & inspiration. Not to mention it sits on 17,000 sq ft. of beautifully landscaped land with garden beds, mature trees, and chickens. A once in a lifetime kind of home.
