A HOLY WEEKEND

I’m praising God and so amazed at how he moved among us at ALTR Conference. Living the transformed life is only possible when we see life through the cross. Jesus at the center of it all.

I’m grateful for @ibccollege and @ibc.youngadults. It doesn’t get old being with such a hungry group. We just want more of God!

I loved leading with @chief_keith23, @grantskeldon, and @chichionyekanne. All 3 of them are high level leaders - sensitive to how God is moving, and willing to take people there. Such an honor to partner together!

A huge shoutout to @keatonallyourfood for dreaming, creating, designing, and building an environment for us to encounter God.

Thanks to @bryce_stevenson for capturing images of moments we’ll treasure forever. Thanks @malachiburchvisuals for being there to capture it all on video.

To @ronedmondson and @scottmcd_ thanks for believing in the potential of the ALTR Conference and encouraging us to take a step of faith and try something new. You’re the best!

If you don’t know yet, @bss1974 is humble and dependable - such a leader. Literally could not have pulled it off without him.

And @robin.prichard5 is full of wisdom and ministry experience. I’m so glad our young adults got to be with her in Family Groups.

Thanks @ibclex for being a church that chooses to invest in the next generation. There is so much good ahead. We are just getting started! by @loganmeek

Could we be anymore blessed?

The kindness of God came to our house tonight as we hosted the @ibclex college leadership team for next year.

God has done exceedingly abundantly above all we could ask or imagine this year in our college ministry. But as one college student said - if this was a “boom year” next year is going to be incredible.

One thing that impressed me is how much they want to do intergenerational ministry - which is who we are as a church. “Old people” (like me) - are you ready to invest in the next generation - and at the same time learn and be challenged by them?

I’m here for this! I’m humbled by this.

And I can’t wait to see what God will do in the days to come.

God is moving in Kentucky!

I’m grateful to have a front row seat to see Jesus bring hope and life change to so many people in this season!

You can be part of it with Jesus in your life. When you know Jesus personally you will be changed forever. Ask me how!

2024 brought so much personal change in my life - and God gave so many reasons to be thankful along the way! Thank you to everyone who was a part of making this year so meaningful.

True freedom comes from living life surrendered to God and obeying him.

THANKFUL

Today I am handing off the student ministry at Rock Bridge Community Church in Ringgold, GA, as they start to grow into a new season of connecting people from all walks of life to life in Christ!

When I came to Ringgold four years ago I had no idea how amazing it was going to be. I truly believe this is one of the best groups of students there is anywhere. A few pictures can’t do it justice, and I can’t think of words to describe what we’ve experienced together. You really just have to be here to get it.

We have witnessed as God shows up and changes lives again and again. We have seen person after person choose to follow through with believer’s baptism. We’ve shared moments together when God pours his Spirit out as we worship and pray.

I’m so blessed to have been able to play a small part in what God is doing at Rock Bridge. I’m confident that he is not done here, but is just getting started. The best times for Rock Bridge and for our student ministry are in the future!

Because of Rock Bridge and the Ringgold community, I now have friends who have become like family and memories I will cherish forever. Ringgold will always feel like a second home to me!

PAUSE

I’m so grateful for our DNOW weekend! We grew in our faith, deepened our friendships, and took time to pause and seek God. It was life changing!

Thank you to everyone who helped make this weekend happen! God is doing amazing things in our teenagers. Please join me in praying that our DNOW weekend will continue to have a long term impact in all of us. by @loganmeek

What a leader!

Bodee preached an amazing sermon to our students tonight at the Link in Ringgold! He put so much prayer and thought into it, and it was clear.

He reminded us that no matter the feelings we experience in life, God is bigger than all of them. Feelings aren’t forever, but God is.

It is truly inspiring to see God working through Bodee. He is full of the Holy Spirit and it shows. Keep on going Bodee! by @loganmeek
