IRON LION FIRM 121

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Well, here we are once again on the eve of another trip around the world for some concerts.

I never did get around to posting about the 2024 travels, but I will amend that now. Starting off, here we have a prime selection of photos of a few of the sights, sounds, and smells of @ironmaiden's #FuturePastTour as it snaked its way through Australia and New Zealand. A massive thank you to the absolute legends @emi_lee_wroth and @kerryx_stabbystab for hosting! "AND I CAN'T WAAAAAAAIT!"

Arguably, the greatest part of traveling for gigs is meeting your old friends again and making new ones. The shows come and go, so do the cities as we march on towards the next, but the bonds we forge hours ahead of shows, waiting for flights, and solving AirBnb entry puzzles, will endure. When all the arenas are empty, the gear is stored, and the airports are void of band shirts, we will always have those moments together.

See you on the road!

What a weekend! I wanted to check in on #MusicMonday to thank everyone who has listened to the new @atlasbandfl album (TALES FROM THE OTHER SIDE OF THE GRAVE).

Your texts, calls, and general messages of support have been incredible. I'm beyond happy so many of you love the new album, and even more struck than the music and lyrics have touched you deeply in different ways.

Keep listening. Keep sharing.

If you can find the #cowbell on the album, I'll give you a prize.

See you all soon!

My 8th year at @satellitemenssoccer has come to a close.

I want to make sure to highlight all the volunteers who helped throughout the season. Whether it was assembling jerseys, scheduling ball kids, running the concession booth, and everything in between, they made our jobs as coaches so much easier. If you have a chance to help your local school as a volunteer, I can't recommend it enough.

Thank you to our parents who put so much trust in our coaching that we never had to worry about getting a 2 page email about playing time after a match! And if there ever was a reason for discussion, you were the first ones to encourage your player to talk to us directly and not always use "mom and dad."

Finally, for our players! What an effort to come back from 2-0 down to make it 2-2 and, through pure fight and will, force the game to penalties. Ending the season ranked 9th in the state and 188th in the nation is an incredible achievement for a "public school on the beach." I wish our seniors all the best as they move on to their next chapters in life, and I know our remaining players have invaluable experience from matches like this.

Thomas Law has passed.

He was surrounded by his family and friends throughout these last few days.

More than sadness, I feel love. He gave life love and humor.

I love you Dad.

Great way to kick off @orlandocitysc preseason.

Orlando Supporters Derby featuring the @ironlionfirm at #exploriastadium.

Not every day do you get to pick the Manager and the Technical Director of your club for your team.

September, what a month! Quick recap of all the events:

@orlandocitysc won the @opencup. I canceled my trip to Mexico to be there and after the game the technical director for the club gave me an Iron Maiden shirt as a thank you during the trophy celebration.

Then it was a flurry of Iron Maiden shows:

El Paso, Austin, Denver, Anaheim for two nights, Chula Vista.

Pausing briefly to go to @rammsteinofficial, and @foofighters Taylor Hawkins tribute show.

Back to Maiden with back to back nights in Seattle and Spokane.

Very much looking forward to a slower paced October. Hope to see many more of you Somewhere on Tour!

And to all the new friends I have met and had the pleasure of sharing moments with, thank you!

$Ending the 2021 live schedule for @atlasbandfl at @rubix_cafe was incredible. The crowd was into it, the venue keeps getting better, and debuting another new song. Looking towards next year and the release of Album 2 is incredibly exciting. Thanks again to @stu_richardson and @iamfata of @rockywaterstudiosegad for helping us craft something truly special. I know you will all feel the same once you hear it. What a weekend!

Fantastic first #Formula1 race for me. Loved being at #COTA here in #Austin. Will look forward to future #F1 races.

Well done to #verstappen for holding off the King #lewishamilton

Seeing these drivers in person after only seeing them on TV and video games, surreal.

Amazing way to start the weekend with @dictatethis, @mila.goround, @annaforflorida, and so many more as we come together to support #abortionaccess here in #Florida.

Florida needs to rise up and take on the challengers to #womensrights and #humanrights.

#MarchAnd be vocal. #MarchAnd organize. #MarchAnd vote!

"Abortion is a personal decision, not a legal debate!"

This what Florida looks like!
