Iconic Brisbane underground house, progressive and techno institution Logic returns after a long hiatus for a celebration more than 20 years in the making.

One of Australia’s most in-demand progressive house artists, Jamie Stevens (Bedrock, Balance, Music To Die For) joins Logic co-founder Fergus Alexander for a very special back-to-back set, for the first time ever.

And it wouldn’t be a true Logic party without the full crew. Joining Jamie and Fergus are none other than Mike Redfern and BPM.

With a lifetime of shared history behind Jamie, Ferg, Mike and Ben, expect a night overflowing with power, emotion and the kind of electric atmosphere only the Logic crew knows how to create.

This is more than a return, it’s a celebration of music & friendship.

Let’s get together, turn up the music and party.

Proudly presented alongside @lemonandlimemusic , 21C Progressive House, @protocoleventsbris and @thefitzgerald.au

Brisbane is welcoming the venerable Jamie Stevens this Saturday, who is flying up from Melbourne. He will be playing a back-to-back set with Brisbane's Fergus Alexander at The Fitzgerald, for returning staple Logic, with Lemon & Lime, 21C Progressive House and Protocol Events. On support are Logic veterans BPM and Mike Redfern. The show is sold out, but if you missed out, you can still read all about what Jamie has been up to lately.

@fergusalexander_dj might be his name, but to everyone around him, he’s simply Ferg.

Our Ferg. Brisbane’s Ferg.

And here at Logic HQ, we cannot wait to see him step up to the decks on Saturday, October 10 for a special back to back set alongside his longtime friend @jamie.infusion — for the very first time, mind you.

More than 20 years of friendship, music, dance floors, late nights and shared history finally coming together behind the decks.

For Ferg, this one is going to be pretty special.

And we reckon it might be pretty special for everyone in the room too. 💛 by @logicbne

@jamie.infusion is without a doubt one of Australia’s most accomplished DJs and Producers, along with being one of the loveliest of people you’d ever meet. From his early years as part of the Aria award winning and pioneering Australian electronic act, Infusion, through to his now blistering solo career as one of the most in demand DJ, producer and remixers in the global Progressive house community, there seems to be no stopping this man. And we at Logic HQ are proud to call him our mate. We cannot wait to have him up here for a special back to back set with @fergusalexander_dj when Logic returns, Saturday October 10. Just a handful of tix remaining too so don’t miss out. Link in bio. by @logicbne

It’s time for another Throw back Thursday!! @jamie.infusion is basically an honorary member of Logic, outside of being one of our favourite people and one of our best mates, Jamie has played for us on numerous occasions back in the day and each time they’ve been some of our most memorable nights (and days hehe). This flyer is (we believe…it’s a long time ago) the first time we had Jamie grace the decks and the party was held at Brisbanes legendary Empire Hotel, upstairs in the Middle Bar, with our good friends, Elements, taking over the Moon Bar with a whole bunch of rad locals and Melbournes Bubble & Squeak for a 2 level extravaganza of an event.
Were you there? Can you remember?
Come see Jamie again on October 10 when him and @fergusalexander_dj go back to back for the very first time. Final release on sale now. Link in bio or check comments. by @logicbne

It’s throwback Thursday time! Today’s throwback is the party that really put Logic on the map and kick started our incredible relationship with @balance_series - The Balance 008 tour with the man himself, Desyn Masiello. You’ll also notice Sweetchilli in the mix too, Australia’s premier Progressive club night at the time, who were helping organise the whole tour.
The excitement leading up to this event was incredible, Desyn’s star was on the rise, the CD was getting rave reviews everywhere and the Brisbane house and progressive community were pumped to hear him play.
The party itself was electric and Desyn brought the goods, playing weapon after weapon and taking us all on a proper journey over 3+ hours and the After Party - well, IYKYK 😉.
Were you there? If so let us know?

Meanwhile, Logic returns on Saturday October 10. More info in our bio. by @logicbne

While our upcoming party is centred around that special back to back set with @jamie.infusion and @fergusalexander_dj , Logic is not Logic without our other 2 co founders, @mike_redfern (Phaze 1 in a former life) and @benja_min aka BPM, a man whose initials make for the best DJ name ever. It’s going to be great to see these two legends back in action on Saturday, October 10 at @thefitzgerald.au warming things up nicely for Jamie and Ferg.
Make sure to jump onto our bio on insta or check the comments in facebook for the ticket link and we hope to see you all there 🎶🤘💃🏻🕺. by @logicbne

Well, it’s no secret that the world’s greatest festival dedicated to Progressive House is about to take place, the one and only @balancecroatia. @balance_series has a special place in the Logic heart, having hosted many Balance album launches in days gone by and to see what the Balance crew have achieved since brings a happy tear to our eyes. We’re also chuffed to see our very own @fergusalexander_dj make his international debut at this years festival, with take over of the Balance Hotel on the Friday for 21C Progressive House, talk about full circle moment 🙌🙌. And then, and he’s basically an honorary member of Logic, the one and only @jamie.infusion steps into peak time mode for the @sudbeatmusic takeover at The Yard stage on the Saturday, this is not to be missed!!🤘🤘
And on October 10, the both of them will be joining forces to deliver a back to back set for the ages for all us lucky folk back home in Brisbane. With both Jamie and Ferg riding the Balance wave we just cannot wait to hear what they will have in store for us all. Head to our bio for tickets and we will see you on the dance floor then. In the meantime, if you’re at Balance, you know where to be on Friday and Saturday. 🙌🤘🕺💃🏻🎶🪩 by @logicbne
