Instead he fights on the frontlines with a Cryo polearm, leading more like a shock trooper than a backline commander. That makes him stand out among the Knights, who usually fall into clear roles like Kaeya the cavalry captain or Noelle the maid knight dreaming of joining. Lohen’s whole vibe is discipline and tactics, but he still carries Mondstadt’s core ideal of protecting people, just with a harsher edge because the Knights are dealing with real war during the Nod-Krai and Dornman Port arcs. His debut in Version 6.6 pushed the Knights’ story beyond city patrols and Klee’s mischief into actual conflict with the Fatui and Snezhnaya. So while characters like Mika handle surveying and Amber does gliding, Lohen represents the Knights stepping up as soldiers, showing how Mondstadt’s freedom has to be defended when things get serious.
