8 weeks ago I made this little Disney account not really knowing what would come from it… and honestly it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made 🥹✨ I’ve always struggled making friends and because Andrew works away a lot, I spend so much time on my own. Some days I genuinely felt a bit lost if I’m honest. But this community has completely changed that for me 💖 In such a short space of time I’ve already met up with two of the loveliest Disney girls ever, I’m planning more meet ups with so many amazing girlies, and for the first time in a really long time I feel like I actually fit in somewhere 🫶🏼 Not only that, but I’m now a brand ambassador for THREE amazing brands which still feels so surreal to say 🥹 I know it probably just looks like Disney content to some people, but this account has genuinely given me confidence, purpose, friendships and happiness✨ So thank you for every like, comment, message and interaction. Happy 4 years to my favourite person. 🤍 Who knew when you first messaged me on the dating app Hinge to tell me my dog had judgey eyes 😂 that four years later we’d have built this life together. Today was actually meant to be our wedding day. We had a UK wedding all planned, but we realised it just wasn’t us. We’re both happiest when life is simple, quiet and spent together, so we made the decision to do things our way. Instead, next July we’ll be eloping in Canada, just the two of us, standing on top of a mountain, saying our vows surrounded by incredible scenery, and I honestly couldn’t imagine a more perfect way to start our next chapter. I’m sad we don’t get to spend our anniversary together this year because you’re working away, but it just means we’ll have even more to celebrate when you’re home. Thank you for being my biggest supporter, my best friend and my favourite person to do life with. I wouldn’t choose anyone else to travel the world with, renovate a house with, or share all the ordinary days in between. Here’s to four years… and to the biggest adventure still to come. ✨ 99 days to go… we’re officially into double digits! ✨ This trip feels extra special because it’s not just another Disney holiday… it’s my 30th birthday trip! 🎉 And somehow I’ve only just realised it’s all about the number 3… ✨ 3-week holiday 🏨 Staying at 3 Disney resorts 🎂 Celebrating my 30th birthday We’ll be spending our first two weeks at All-Star Movies, then enjoying an overnight stay at Animal Kingdom Lodge (booked through David’s DVC Rentals) before finishing our final week at Port Orleans French Quarter (booked through AttractionTickets). It’ll be our very first time staying at all three resorts and I honestly can’t wait to experience each of them.
