A WEEKEND IN MERIMBULA! I was invited to be part of the most beautiful weekend in Merimbula. Helping infuse Sans into the @citta___collective retreat while also enjoying everything this beautiful spot has to offer in the heart of the Sapphire Coast NSW. I would highly recommend a visit.

It’s mental health awareness month. Not that we need a month to be aware but it’s epic it has a global month dedicated to it. Although we talk about it a lot more now (especially compared to our parents generation), I still feel like there is stigma attached. You can be a fully functional happy human & still have dark days. Dark weeks. Dark months. Dark years. Circumstantial, Seasonal, Self Inflicted, caused by someone else - doesn’t matter. They all suck. I personally fight my battles in private & only talk when I’m through the other side— I think many are like this. Because when you’re not good - you don’t want people to see that. I work DAILY to keep a healthy head - fitness, nature, good food, music - I’m extremely lucky that this (mostly) works for me - for many that’s not something they are able to do. Or bring themselves to do. Please check in with your people. Anyone ever need me I’m a call away & can always make the space. Even if it’s just to sit in silence. Ps - I’d recommend dancing - scientifically proven to help boost ya mood! Big love. X Lolo by @loisfletchercush
