The day you actually need a backup plan is the worst possible day to build one.

Here’s the one-page doc I set up for every client so 48 hours offline doesn’t become a crisis.

DM ‘BACKUP’ if you don’t have yours yet.

Could someone else keep your business running for 48 hours without you? Comment yes or no.

If you hire before you have systems, you’re just paying someone to watch you struggle.

A Virtual Assistant is an accelerator. If your business doesn’t have a map, they’ll get lost just as fast as you did.

Before you send that job post live, make sure these 5 pillars are in place… swipe to see

You don’t hire leverage because you’re busy, you hire leverage so you can grow.

Delegating isn’t an expense, it’s the strategy that unlocks your capacity.

Judgment doesn’t pay retainer fees. Inspiration doesn’t cover your travel tickets.

Show up, deliver value, and build your business on your own terms. Everything else is just background noise.

The fastest way to kill your business growth is staying trapped in your head worrying about what people think

Ask yourself this about the current state of your business: what happens if you get sick
for a week?

The answer tells you more than any productivity app will. DM ‘SYSTEM’ if the
answer scared you a little.

Let’s be honest: putting yourself online, sharing your journey, and talking about building can feel vulnerable.

But post it anyway. The version of you who inspires someone else to take the leap is worth every awkward moment.

Not every client is your dream client. And that’s more normal than anyone admits.

I’ve had good clients who weren’t my dream clients… same real lessons. None of it wasted.

Every one taught me something I still use. If your current clients aren’t your ‘dream’ ones yet either, that doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong.

What’s the most unexpected lesson a client has taught you? Comment below. by @loisvirtualaid

This tracker exists because a real client kept losing track of his own money mainly cause he didn’t have a system.

DM ‘GUIDE’ and I’ll send you the simple version, free.
