Another hella old article. Tattoo revue article#61 released in 1997! I was 10/11 years old in the photo of me tattooing there.. Wow, 27 years and still tattooing. 3 generations and over 50 years in the industry.. @bigjoeandsonstattoo @adamkaplantattoo @tonykaplantattoo @lombi_tattoo taken in Big Joe & Sons Tattooing by @loki_focus

Hella old news article.. BEEN TATTOOING damn near ALL MY LIFE.. Well over 2+ decades and still at it.. Learning how to tattoo back when you really needed to know how to tune a machine, make your own needles and even inks was a lot different from this new generation of social media and YouTube tattooers. Now’a days you take the machine out of a box and it runs the same every single time.. Not having to listen to and feel the machine to know its running properly is definitely an advantage.. More than half of these newer generation of tattooers and “social media tattoo stars”would not be in the business back in the real nitty gritty days of tattooing.. SUPPORT THE REAL TATTOOERS WHO MADE IT OUT OF THE MUD! I come from a STRONG lineage of talented tattoo artists.. 3 generations strong! @bigjoeandsonstattoo @adamkaplantattoo @tonykaplantattoo 50+ years in the tattoo industry.. How many of them can say that? Not many - IF ANY!! Ok, rant over! taken in Big Joe & Sons Tattooing by @loki_focus
