Today is my first entry for a third workout journal. I'm a paper and pen kind of memory-keeper.

These notebooks are a mashup of statistics and junk journal; stickers, workout stats, memories, tips, thoughts. I started these spirals with notes from my first Hyrox workshop 8/25/2024. I remember being the only nerd sitting way in the back taking actual notes. I absolutely wanted to fade away but I was terrified I'd never remember it all. I was embarrassed I was showing my age but it began something important for me.

Since then, I've slowly collected notes from just about every workout. I am motivated by the number of workouts climbing into the 100s. If I'm nothing else, I'm consistent, right??

I carry my spiral around the gym now. I don't really care what people think anymore because dammitt, I AM STILL HERE. by @lolasimpatica91
