Nosweth dda - Good evening,

After a lot of thought I’ve made the difficult decision to close Lolfa and Sgiliau Llandeilo. Like most businesses, we’ve been facing rising costs and staffing challenges and despite our best efforts it’s become increasingly difficult to keep it running.

We’ll be closing on October 4th. I’ll then be taking time to consider the best way forward and I’d welcome proposals or offers from anyone interested.

I’d like to thank every member of staff who has been part of Lolfa - you’ve been the heart beat of this place and the reason our customers have kept returning and felt so at home with us.

To our loyal customers who we see weekly and to everyone who has supported us over the years - thank you so much. Your support has kept us going and so many have become friends along the way. That means more to me than I can put into words.

Livity gym will remain open during this transition.

Please use any vouchers before the 4th and we’d love to see as many of you as possible before we close 🖤

✨ DIOLCH ALICE ✨

Who’d have thought when Alice was my very first appointment all those years ago that we’d still be here 7 years later. A lot has changed since then but she’s been through it all.

It’s hard to put into words just how much you’ve contributed to Lolfa and Sgiliau and helped shape them into what they are today.
Your loyalty hard work and support have been invaluable, but more than anything I’m grateful for the friendship we’ve built along the way.

You’ve been an incredible role model to so many of our staff who have worked with us over the years and you’ll be massively missed by everyone.

It’s been a sad day all round, but I’m also very grateful that I got to have you alongside me to this point.

Good luck with the next chapter. You’ll absolutely smash it.
