Chef @lolitsbryan 's creation this month ... Lasagna Rollatini.

Beef Bolognese // Herbed Ricotta // Roasted Garlic Cream.

It’s a prep monster, so we’re retiring it after this weekend to keep Bryan at least slightly sane.

Capping off pride month thinking off all the girls and women in my life I love so much, have loved, will love. Love so fundamentally it feels sapphic. I wouldn't know the light of life if you didn't catch and bloom it for me.

I'm not sure I have the strength to actually use the rolling pin (ty hil btw!) and wipe away the mandala, though. That's the food's job by @lolitsbryan

Pickled alium, caraway dumplings, onion soubise bite.

Smoked gochujang spare ribs, kimchi slaw, lime and ramp furrikake.
