📽️ A Shared Humanity: The Story of an African Village is LIVE on our YouTube channel! 📽️

The final chapter in our 3 part documentary series is finally yours.

Part Three is about the Londolozi village that has carried us all for 100 years: the family of trackers, rangers, chefs, housekeepers, teachers and families and people who are the very heart of Londolozi.

It is a film about community over isolation, about the ripple one life can have, and about the yellow ribbon each of us holds in our hands. It is not quite an ending. It is an invitation to everyone who will walk the next 100 years with us. Including you.

So watch it, and then ask yourself: how will you choose to live your one wild life?

Comment “Part 3” to get it straight to your inbox, and leave us a comment on YouTube to let us know what you think. 🧡🎬

📽️ Pioneers and Pathfinders is LIVE & READY TO WATCH ON OUR YOUTUBE CHANNEL! 📽️

The second chapter of our story is finally yours.

Teenagers with no money, no experience, and no plan. What followed became one of the most unlikely stories in African conservation.

Together, they built a conservation development model that would help shape a new way of doing things. This is the story of what happened next... and how a new generation walked back through the door to reclaim what mattered.

Three years in the making. One hundred years in the living. 🎬

Today we're sharing the trailer for Courageous Acts of Healing - the first in our three-part documentary series telling the story of how Londolozi came to be. A story of restoration, of courage, and of what happens when you commit - wildly and wholeheartedly - to healing a land. 🌍

Some of the most memorable moments in the bush happen when you stop and wait a little longer. A giraffe bowing low to drink will always be one of them. 🦒

At the Private Granite Suites, the view is never just a view. The river moves, the light shifts, and every so often, a herd of elephants wanders right into the frame. Now that’s a front-row seat! 🤩🐘

An elephant’s trunk is strong enough to uproot a tree, yet delicate enough to lift a single blade of grass. At the water’s edge, that same trunk draws up to 12 litres in a single breath and releases it into the mouth in a long, gentle pour. 🐘

There’s a moment, once the fire is lit and the wine is poured, when the world beyond Londolozi fades away. The conversation slows, the night grows louder, and you remember what it feels like to simply be present. ✨️

Draped along a marula in the early light, then gone again for months. That was the Tatowa Female.

She made her home in the rocky, remote south of the reserve and was one of the least-seen leopards of her time, which made every sighting of her feel like a small privilege.

Meet her in the latest instalment of our Leopards of Londolozi series; link in bio. 🐆

Seven Years South of the River 🐆

First seen on Londolozi in 2019, the Maxim’s Male has held the majority of the prime territory on Londolozi since 2022, and there are no signs of this changing any time soon. He has sired many cubs over the years, and five that we know of have made it to independence.

Arriving at the Causeway, we found two crocodiles clearly in the midst of some form of dispute.

The larger of the two had gripped hold of the tail of the smaller one and was not letting go.

So, piecing this together with the time of year, it makes sense that this is a dominance display between two males establishing mating rights with the resident females. 🐊
