A beautiful reverse rump on the @weberbbqausnz kettle and skewered prawns from @grunskesbytheriver coated them in garlic and parsley butter grilled on the @everdureau.

Got to spend some time with some absolute legends!

The @gladstonebarbecuefestival hit the mark and food on display was awesome!

It was so good to finally meet @whatevertheweberbbq and @barnzies_bbq in person and have a yarn and watch what they had on! 🔥🔥

You guys are welcome to the man cave anytime, something we need to organise🤘🏼🔥😎

Was fantastic to meet Aaron @lownslowbasics and talk about BBQ, seasonings and rubs and UFC!

Was special to see @thebuffetking hammer down in the eating challenge! We will organise something soon!

Was great. I felt the community… really appreciate you guys 😎🐺 taken in Dennis Park, Boyne Island by @lone.wolf.bbq

Did a whole rump like a brisket and it turned out sweet! 🤘🏼🐺

Workshop number 1 done ✅

@ize30_ had a job today cooking up beef ribs. Trimmed, coated with @lanesbbqau rubs and cooked all by himself!

Thanks to @bronsen._.burnes for 2 awesome racks of ribs they turned out delicious! 🐺😎🤘🏼

Was such a great and different experience, can’t wait to do full workshops soon!

🚨 Marketplace buy alert! 🚨

I collected an older master touch Weber! It was in decent condition. Igot it for a steal at $120.00 🙌🏼✅🐺

I gave it a big wash down cloaked it in a grey cover and it came up a treat!

It will come in handy and will be set up with a Santa Maria very soon! Watch this space!

Now.. I need a name for this beast… any suggestions??

FORGE workshop was a success!🐺🤘🏼

Here’s a snapshot from start to finish! Thanks to the guys at Freshfields meats @ohh_gazza @bronsen._.burnes for the big chunk of chuck!

Coated with @lanesbbqau Magic dust and Black magic for the beautiful bark.

The loaded potatoes were a a burst of flavour and were a proper hit!

On to the next cook for @matttribodo_b_relentless and the forge workshop.

And it’s nearly the 21st night of September 😂

Had the urge for a whole fish! 🐺😎

A beautiful red emperor stuffed with parsley ~chives~ lemon and homemade garlic butter smoked subtly with applewood 🔥 🍎

A sneaky hint of @lanesbbqau island dust set it off.

Was a fast and hot cook but was a big hit!
