Joy isn’t a side effect of wellbeing—it’s the source.

@longevity.rave is reshaping what health, connection, and community look like by bringing generations together on the dancefloor. Born from lived experience and backed by neuroscience, it’s a movement proving that synchrony, music, and shared energy aren’t “soft” wellness trends they’re biological drivers of resilience, mood, and stress recovery.

Through the JoyScore Experiment, they're measuring what people have always felt intuitively: collective joy changes us. It opens us up, dissolves loneliness, and reminds us that vitality doesn’t belong to one age group.

This is nightlife designed for wellbeing, belonging, and reinvention—a space where you can show up exactly as you are and leave feeling lighter, energised, and more connected.

If you believe joy is serious, community is medicine, and the dancefloor still has something powerful to teach us, you’re already part of the movement.

Please follow @tina.technotic and @yukaritak to follow this incredible journey.

We are proud to share that Longevity Rave was part of the inaugural Long-Life Venture Builder — the world’s first venture builder focused on longevity, run by @lsegenerate and the @londonschoolofeconomics Global School of Sustainability.

Longevity Rave began with a simple idea: that joy, music, dance and human connection aren’t just good for the soul — they may be biologically meaningful inputs to how well, and how long, we live.

Traditional approaches to wellbeing tend to miss the power of collective joy, social synchrony and embodied connection. We build immersive, intergenerational spaces that put those back at the centre. Designed for experience. Built for science.

Co-founded by @yukaritak and @tina.technotic, Longevity Rave is building toward a world where thriving is something we do together, on the dancefloor 🕺💫

And this is only the beginning — our next gathering lands 18 July @parallel45london. Link in bio 🎟️

Who says it’s ever too late to follow what you love?

Nick aka @the_last_dj_ found a new chapter through techno. @tina.technotic started DJing at 60. @ludec_decermic started at 45.

Next Friday, we’re bringing them together with @hartronika to talk about what it really means to start something new later in life — from being a beginner again, to ageism in nightlife, and what happens when different generations meet on the same dancefloor.

🪩 20:00 — @yukari_takehisa B2B @tina.technotic
🎙 21:00 — Live panel + Q&A
🔥 23:00 — The Last DJ LIVE + Hartronika until 4am

📍 The Distillery N17
📅 Friday 25 September
🎟 Tickets on RA

For anyone who needs a little reminder that your next chapter can start whenever you want it to 💖 taken in Distillery.N17 by @longevity.rave

✦ YUKARI b2b TINA TECHNOTIC ✦
⟨ friday 25.09 ⋆ Distillery N17, North London ⟩
@tina.technotic ⋆ @yukari_takehisa

We’re lucky to have Longevity Rave’s founders for more than a panel talk — they’re also opening the night with a b2b set ❥

Yukari and Tina Technotic are the DJ duo behind Longevity Rave (@longevity.rave), the science-led movement proving the future of longevity is on the dancefloor. Tokyo-born, London-based Yukari brings the energy and release of techno she first found in rave culture, while Tina Technotic, a leader in the global longevity movement who took up DJing in her fifties, brings the science and the story.

They met on a London dancefloor and turned a chance encounter into an intergenerational movement, spinning high-energy techno that unites generations and cultures. Since 2024 they have taken their raves to Berlin, Vienna and beyond.
