Keeping the body floppy for #lymphdrainage while listening to an absolute banger... almost impossible.

My back has been giving me gip for a few weeks. I had to change something.
.
I stopped lifting heavy in favour of the amazing #strength, mobility and longevity I found in KB training but something was clearly missing.
.
This week, I've done two days of #lifting heavy again with a focus on my back and glutes and the pain has hugely diminished.
.
There is a is for everything. I still adore KB training but I cannot, because of my particular anatomy, forego strength training.
.
Keep your #training schedule varied and the more types of #exercise you do the more you can tailor your routine for YOUR body.
.
This week I'm going to show you what I did on my #deadlift day. taken in London, United Kingdom by @longevitylabuk
