Hand stitching in the library! One of my kids has begun attending a weekly activity, and well… I get to sit quietly for 1.5 hours. 😌 #hexiequilt And yes, I’m still working on my Tula Pink hexie quilt. by @longleafcrafts

February 26th. Red hat day. I didn’t get a picture of mine, but it got out there and will be worn again and again. My car ghost, Sylvester, has been wearing his almost all month. #reshatresistance #melttheicehat Love. by @longleafcrafts

My favorite view right now is from my sewing desk. It’s funny how happy I get from seeing the disco lights dancing around my room! Add a cat into that yarn basket and … 👌🏻He’s downstairs, sleeping in a blanket fort though. by @longleafcrafts

I made a thing! Getting older and reaching for readers. Which meant that I needed a case (totally need more). #quiltedeyeglasscase by @longleafcrafts

I move that we include EPP in all meetings. Total legitimate studies that I am not making up show that hand sewing improves employee satisfaction, motivation, and is pretty much awesome. Probably drives sales up, too. by @longleafcrafts

My first afghan/crochet blanket!! But it needs a border, and I can’t decide on a color. ☹️ Pattern by The Hat and I (check them out on Etsy) and colors inspired by @attic24 🩷💛💚🩵💙 by @longleafcrafts

Party frog looks on while I cut backing pieces for a 24” pillow. Anyone ever find themselves using 3 or so rulers to make one cut? 🤣 by @longleafcrafts

Today, while waiting during a kid’s appt, I borrowed an empty boardroom to lay out my quilt. There may or may not be stray threads on some of those chairs. 🫣 #eppeverywhere #tulapinksolids #grandmothersflowergarden by @longleafcrafts

Same in-progress blanket, same eepy, sleepy cat. But this time he isn’t asleep ON my project of many colors. 🌈🩷 by @longleafcrafts

Last few stitches on the binding of a Christmas quilt! 🎉 I started this in December 2024, then set it aside when I didn’t make the Dec 25th “deadline”. Silly. This month, I am finishing stuff! by @longleafcrafts
