Finding peace in life begins with being grateful for everything, staying positive, and living authentically—without letting others dictate your choices. True happiness comes from appreciating the little things and savoring all that life has to offer.

One of life's greatest challenges is finding a soulmate amid the delusions of social media and the manipulative marketing that promotes unnecessary desires. This culture of comparison can lead to depression, stealing away true freedom and joy. Constantly being bombarded with offers and messages can make it difficult to stay true to yourself.

The more you allow yourself to let go, the greater your freedom. There are so many things we consume in our lives that we believe we require happiness. I'll have happiness when I obtain it, and I'll be contented. But that's not the case of how to become happy. It's all a mindset of how you see things.

The more people I get rid of, the more my life becomes free and happier. I live in the jungle, and I have less than I've ever had. This is my most content state; there are no stressful days, and every day is a ten out of ten. Always be grateful for the small things, and stop focusing on what you perceive as necessary to fulfill your needs. It's time to live the life you desire.

Have you found your perfect day? That feeling you have when everything's just right and perfect and peaceful. I found that in Tulum, in the jungle, on the beach, at the cenotes. The people, the vibe, the energy—it's such a magical place to live. Not the people that go there for the raves in their mid-40s, but everything else about Tulum. I'm a strong believer that there's no such thing as a bad day. Many people will disagree, and that's fine, but perspective is everything. Logic and perspective outweigh emotionally driven reactions. Most people live on emotion, so they react emotionally. They can't handle certain situations because their emotions dictate their mind.

You have to look at things from a different angle. If you think you're having a bad day, remind yourself that it could always be worse. There's always another level below what you consider "bad." The anxiety, depression, and stress you feel often come from the deadlines you set in your own head- where you think you should be, and how you compare yourself to others. You create that pressure yourself. It's like punching yourself in the face with your own fist. You wouldn't do that-it sounds ridiculous-so why do it to your mind? It's the one thing you can actually control.

Being positive is easier than being negative. One positive moment is stronger than a thousand negative ones, and there's a positive in everything if you choose to see it from a different perspective. taken in Tulum, México by @look.dont.touch__

Always level up. Fight for the top spot! Be better than yesterday. Improve your life, body, and mind daily. The challenges in life are all lessons to learn to be better. Perspective is everything in how you consume those lessons and develop from them.

Longtime friend that has become my brother, still killing the tattoo game! Completely fixed my back tattoo, and it was a mess. Always a solid time with good friends who are on a mission to better every aspect of their lives. Life is about changing your mindset and your perspective. Sun blazing, throttle wide open, and nothing but good vibes out on the Okanagan

Spent the day with a good friend @thekidbelo ripping Sea-Doos across the water in Kelowna in the summer heat of 32°C this was pure freedom. No schedules, no stress – just sun, speed, and solid laughs. These are the moments that hit different.

Two full hours out there felt like we pressed pause on life and hit play on the good part.
