happy new year everybody.

2023 is the year of the water rabbit. the sign of rabbit symbolizes longevity, peace, and prosperity.
my shirt is from @busboy in collaboration with Taiwanese illustrator, Pao Ju Chen.

this last year has gifted me with more growth than i could have ever sought out. it also tested my integrity like hell. i had some bad luck with my living situation and car that put me in a financial rut the whole year. i cut more people out of my life than ever before. i got assaulted and almost faced permanent damage to my eyes.

now i have a new home and car that are stable. i traveled to nyc and put myself out there doing something i always thought i was too self conscious to ever try. met so many great people out there. i got back into doing my portrait photography. my baby and i are in good health. my circle of friends is smaller than ever and i’ve never felt lighter. i started to connect with the asian side of my family that i’ve never met. i started off the new year getting hired at a full time job. anndd despite all the damage my face has taken, a bitch is still beautiful 🤗 these pics have no editing or filters but even without makeup there is minimal to no scarring. here’s to another year of gratitude & growth. 💗✨ by @lookingformollyy
