3 months ago I traveled to komplete my FIRST marathon and I still kannot beliiiieevee how well I performed 🥹
Now mind you, I’ve been konditioning but I haven’t been properly training for it, but the month leading up to the marathon I feel off B A D 🥴😬😮‍💨
the day before the race — even worse, but my excitement and determination drove my endurance that day along with the women I encouraged and helped along the way .

Even more so , I remembered who I was & what I did it for … I’m A Fucking Athlete !!! no matter how long it’s been - I still perform as one 😌
I kompleted that 5k, 17 obstacles in mud in 32 MINUTES !!!!! 😮‍💨💪🏾😎 !!! with the exception that I’ve had to stop and wait my turn at some obstacles and to help fellow competitors to finish as strong as they kan … i did that shit !

I just LOVE being a woman
