Ina’s new cookbook, Simply Ina, came out this week, and I couldn’t let it pass without celebrating the woman who has shaped so much of how I think about feeding the people I love.

She has always believed that good food doesn’t need to be complicated and that the best part of any meal is who you share it with.

If you’re the one who has been deciding what’s for dinner for years, I hope these words feel like a warm reminder that simple can be wonderful.

Which one is your favorite?

Share this with your fellow Ina fan, and follow along for simple ways to make mealtime easier. 🤍 by @loop_dash

The weekend is the perfect time to give your future self a little head start ✨

These five small habits take less than an hour altogether, and they make the whole week ahead feel calmer, lighter, and so much more manageable.

Save this for your next Sunday reset, and send it to the friend who always has a hundred tabs open in her brain 🤍 by @loop_dash

You should be cooking dinner more often.

Yep, I said it.

Not because you need to be making everything from scratch or putting a picture perfect meal on the table every night.

But because family dinner matters.

It’s where we catch up, hear about the little things, laugh about our days, and connect with the people we love most. I think that’s worth making time for.

But I also know that getting dinner on the table can teel like one more full time job. The planning, the grocery shopping, the prepping, the never ending question of what to make.

That’s exactly why I created Loop & Dash.

We take care of the planning so you can focus on the part that actually matters.

With easy recipes, customizable weekly menus, prep ahead tips, and one click grocery shopping, everything you need is right in one app.

Because dinner doesn’t have to be fancy, complicated, or perfect to be meaningful.

It just needs to bring us together.

We plan dinner so you don’t have to.

Life lately ✨ by @loop_dash

The best opportunities often begin with simply deciding to show up.❤️

Karen Trebilcock, Founder of Loop & Dash, a home cook, recipe developer, and busy mom of four, created Loop & Dash to make weeknight dinners easier. Karen believes feeding your family shouldn’t have to mean making hundreds of decisions every week.

Loop & Dash brings structure to meal planning, shopping, and cooking so there’s less stress around dinner and more time around the table.

We are so thrilled to have Loop & Dash joining us in Round Top on October 22nd.

Community over competition sounds great on a graphic, but it matters a lot more in practice.

Some of the biggest opportunities I’ve had in business came because another woman was willing to open a door, make an introduction, share what she knew, or say my name in a room I wasn’t in.

I’ve also learned that the more secure I become in what I’m building, the easier it is to genuinely celebrate what someone else is building. There is room for her idea and yours. Her success and yours. Her big year and yours.

Be ambitious. Work hard. Build something incredible. And while you’re doing it, bring good women along with you.

That will win every single time.❤️ by @loop_dash

Feeling your best is so much easier when you have the right support, both for what’s happening inside your body and for what’s on your plate at home. On Thursday, October 15th, we’re bringing the two together for one relaxed evening at AlcheMe Health.

Drop in anytime between 5 and 7pm to meet Kristin Everhart, NP and Karen Trebilcock, Kitchen Strategist, get a complimentary InBody scan, and enjoy some healthy bites. You’ll head home with fresh insight into your health, simple ways to support it every day, and a week of dinners waiting for you in the Loop & Dash app.

No RSVP needed, so bring a friend and stop by. We can’t wait to see you there! 🤍 by @loop_dash

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how much one small thing a day can change how a month feels. Not a whole overhaul, just one thing, and some of them make life easier while others are purely for the fun of it.

So, I made this. 30 small things for September, nothing hard to do. Some are practical, like planning on Sunday and cooking something you can use again later in the week. Some are just for the pleasure of it, like buying the good butter, eating outside while the evenings are still warm, and putting flowers where you’ll actually see them.

The whole point is to notice the small things that make a day better, and to head into fall feeling a little more settled in your kitchen.

Save this so you have it all month, and send it to a friend so that you can work through the month together. 🤍 by @loop_dash
