Technically, we could give you a list of everything included in a Tailor membership.

But that’s not really the point.

The value of a great network has never been the calendar invitation. It’s what happens because the right women were in it.

Tailor is about building the kind of professional community where relationships have somewhere to grow — through conversations, introductions, shared tables, travel, events and simply spending enough time together to really know one another.

The programming creates the opportunity.

The women make Tailor what it is.

Stay tuned for applications launching 10.22! by @tailor_collective

We should probably introduce ourselves.

We’re Drew + Karen, the women behind Tailor Collective.

We come to this from different businesses, different experiences and different perspectives, but we kept coming back to the same thing: so much of what has moved our own businesses forward can be traced back to our relationships.

Someone knew someone. Someone shared an idea. Someone made an introduction. Someone invited us into a room we might not have entered otherwise.
We wanted to create more of those moments — intentionally.

So, we built Tailor.

We can’t wait to introduce you to the women in this room.

Drew + Karen by @tailor_collective

We’ve been thinking about this for a long time.

About the women we’ve met through business. The introductions that changed something. The conversations that turned into opportunities. The professional relationships that eventually stopped feeling professional at all.

And we kept coming back to the same thought:
What if we created more opportunities for women like that to find one another?

That’s Tailor.

A high-touch professional network built around real relationships, thoughtful introductions and creating more reasons for incredible women to be in the same room.

Somewhere to meet women outside your usual circle.

Somewhere to be introduced instead of having to introduce yourself.

Somewhere to learn, travel, gather, collaborate and build relationships that actually continue beyond the event.

We’re so happy you’re here.

Welcome to Tailor Collective. by @tailor_collective

Every woman who builds something has another woman somewhere in her story who believed in her early on. Maybe she made the introduction, maybe she cheered the loudest, or maybe she simply said the encouraging thing out loud when you needed to hear it most.

We’d love to meet yours, so tag her below and tell her what her belief meant to you.

This is exactly the kind of community we’re building at Tailor, where women see each other, champion each other, and help each other go further. by @tailor_collective

There’s just something about being in a room full of women who GET IT. 😂

The running to-do lists. The Notes app full of business ideas. The excitement over a new opportunity. The ability to turn a casual coffee into a collaboration. And the occasional struggle to stop working long enough to get ready for dinner.

And most importantly, the genuine excitement of watching another woman succeed.

We created Tailor Collective for women like this. Women who are building businesses, making things happen, dreaming bigger, and looking for other women to do it alongside.

Because building a business is a whole lot more fun when you’re in good company.

Tell us which slide called you out the most. We’re personally guilty of ALL of them. 🤍 by @tailor_collective

Dates and additional details coming soon! by @tailor_collective

So, what exactly is Tailor Collective? And what does being a member actually look like?

We’re so glad you asked!

Tailor Collective is a curated networking membership for women in business who want to be intentional about the relationships they’re building.

We believe your network should be one of your greatest assets. Not because of how many people you know, but because of the quality of the relationships you’ve built.

For $77/month, you’ll have access to monthly networking opportunities, meaningful conversations with inspiring women, a new member welcome call, and a community of women who genuinely want to see you succeed.

And throughout the year, we’ll be bringing that community together in person through Tailor Experiences across the country.

The best part? We’ve designed the core monthly programming to take approximately two hours of your time. Because we know you’re busy building businesses, raising families, leading teams, and living full lives.

We want Tailor to be something that adds to your life, not another thing on your to-do list.

We’re building a community where introductions turn into friendships, conversations turn into collaborations, and women open doors for one another.

**You don’t have to build your business alone. And we don’t think you should.**

Come for the network. Stay for the relationships. Grow because of both.

Applications opening soon. We’d love to have you at the table. 🤍 by @tailor_collective

Apparently, your networking style was written in the stars. ✨

Some of us can walk into a room full of strangers and leave with ten new friends. Others would rather spend the entire evening getting to know one woman who just might change the trajectory of their business.

And we happen to think both are pretty wonderful.

At Tailor Collective, we believe there’s no single right way to build a network. The beauty of community is that we all bring something different to the table.

So, we have to know...

What’s your sign, and did we get your networking personality right?

Tag the friend whose sign describes her perfectly. We have a feeling you’ll know exactly who she is.

Round Top was such a beautiful reminder of why we’re building Tailor.

There is something different about being together in person.

About lingering after the panel. Meeting the woman you’ve followed online for years. Being introduced to someone completely outside your usual circle. Finding yourself twenty minutes into a conversation you didn’t expect to have.

This is what we mean when we talk about building your network.

It doesn’t need to be forced.

It doesn’t need to be transactional.

Sometimes you just need the right room, the right introduction and enough time to actually talk.

Round Top, thank you for being one of those rooms.

And to every woman we met: we hope this was only the beginning.

Build your business in good company.

We just hosted our final Luna Experience of 2026 (really, this is our final Luna Experience as we fold all Experiences going forward under @tailor_collective 👏🏼✨)!

If you would have asked me back in February of this year when we hosted our very first Experience with @groundednwa if I thought these would turn into a national tour, I would have said no way.

But what these experiences are confirming to me is that WE NEED EACH other! Women in business need other women in business. When we learn, grow, fail, get back up, celebrate and win together, it makes the entrepreneurial journey truly more enjoyable and worth the hard times.

MASSIVE thank you to @yellowrosebykendrascott for sponsoring our Round Top Luna Experience and letting us sip & shop the night before. ❤️

We have our event calendar posted on our @tailor_collective website! 🎉🎉 if you’ve been curious where we’re heading this year, go take a look! And if you’d love to attend, partner or sponsor one, send me a DM!

When we go together, we grow together. And that’s truly the only way to survive the plight of an entrepreneur. ✨ by @tailor_collective

It’s official!

Tailor Collective applications are open!!

We’ve spent months thinking about the kind of professional community we wanted to be part of ourselves — and the women we wanted sitting around the table.

Smart women. Interesting women. Generous women. Women building businesses, brands, careers and lives they’re proud of.

Women who understand that the strongest network isn’t necessarily the biggest one.

It’s the one where people know your name.

Applications for Tailor Collective are officially open.

Come for the network. Stay for the relationships. Grow because of both.

Apply at the link in bio.

We’ll save you a seat!

Here’s what membership looks like on paper:

Curated virtual gatherings. Connection hours. Tailor Experiences. Retreats. Member introductions. Conversations with women worth learning from. Opportunities for visibility, collaboration and connection.

But we’re building Tailor for what happens between all of those things, too.

The introduction.
The follow-up coffee.
The text six months later.
The referral.
The invitation.
The “I thought of you immediately.”
That’s the good part.

And that’s what we’re building for.

DM us with any questions you have about the membership. Applications are live! by @tailor_collective
