POSTS STORIES REELS

October is always my favorite (yet most busy) month of the year. So incredibly excited for what Q4 brings as we get closer and closer to 2027.

There’s lots of change coming my way, and I can’t wait to take you on the journey with me. ❤️ by @drew.defir

Some of the best things I have done for my business would probably make a very efficiency-minded person twitch. 😂

I have gotten on planes for one dinner. Hosted events without knowing exactly what would come from them. Spent time making introductions that had nothing to do with an immediate sale. Sent gifts simply because I wanted someone to know I appreciated them.

And over time, those things have built relationships, trust, referrals, opportunities and a reputation that I could never have created with a perfectly optimized calendar.

I believe in efficiency. I also believe that some of the most valuable things in business take longer to reveal their return. by @drew.defir

No one does it like Round Top. And the women who travel there from all over the country are part of what makes an already extraordinary place so special.

I’ve spent the last few days in the company of women who carry so much vision and heart for their work, their families, their teams, and the people they serve. It is truly a gift from God to care that deeply about what you’ve been called to build.

But I think one of the greatest gifts is getting to build it alongside other women.

Women who understand the weight of carrying a vision. Who are willing to share what they’ve learned, make the introduction, open a door, offer encouragement, and genuinely want to see another woman succeed.

That is why I will continue creating rooms like this. Because networking, at its best, isn’t about collecting contacts. It’s about knowing people, investing in them, and being intentional about helping one another move forward.

I left Round Top incredibly grateful for the women pictured here and so many others who have become part of my story along the way.

There is room for all of us to build something meaningful. And I hope we never forget how much further we can go when we choose to bring each other with us.

When we go together, we grow together. by @drew.defir

We just hosted our final Luna Experience of 2026 (really, this is our final Luna Experience as we fold all Experiences going forward under @tailor_collective 👏🏼✨)!

If you would have asked me back in February of this year when we hosted our very first Experience with @groundednwa if I thought these would turn into a national tour, I would have said no way.

But what these experiences are confirming to me is that WE NEED EACH other! Women in business need other women in business. When we learn, grow, fail, get back up, celebrate and win together, it makes the entrepreneurial journey truly more enjoyable and worth the hard times.

MASSIVE thank you to @yellowrosebykendrascott for sponsoring our Round Top Luna Experience and letting us sip & shop the night before. ❤️

We have our event calendar posted on our @tailor_collective website! 🎉🎉 if you’ve been curious where we’re heading this year, go take a look! And if you’d love to attend, partner or sponsor one, send me a DM!

When we go together, we grow together. And that’s truly the only way to survive the plight of an entrepreneur. ✨ by @drew.defir

If I had to name one thing that has made an enormous difference in my career, it would be this: I’m willing to make the first move.

I will send the DM. Ask someone to lunch. Invite someone to an event. Introduce two women who should know each other. Follow up after meeting someone once.

I have never wanted to sit around hoping the right people eventually find me. And so much of what I have built came from being willing to go first.

You don’t need permission to build a great network. You need to be genuinely interested in people, willing to show up, and brave enough to say, ‘I think we should know each other.’

Some of the best things in my life and business started exactly that way. by @drew.defir

We talk so much about growing an audience that sometimes I think we forget about growing a reputation.

I obviously believe in digital marketing. I own a marketing company. 😂 But some of the most valuable growth in my career has happened offline.

It happened at dinners, events, coffee meetings, on airplanes, through introductions and because someone mentioned my name to someone else.

Your Instagram matters. Your website matters. Your content matters. But so does what people say about you when you aren’t there.

Build the audience. But build the reputation, too. by @drew.defir

The best thing I’ve done for my business lately has had very little to do with marketing and a lot to do with clarity.

Who owns this? Who makes the final call? Who needs to be informed? What does success actually look like?

Those questions sound incredibly simple, but they solve more problems than another meeting ever will.

As a company grows, ambiguity gets expensive. People hesitate. Decisions sit. Founders become bottlenecks. Everyone works harder than they should.

Clear roles do not make a company rigid. They make it easier for good people to do great work.

And lately, that has been one of the most valuable things I’ve been working on. by @drew.defir

The women on this panel are not just accomplished. They are the kind of women who make everyone in the room better for having listened.

We are so proud of the panelists joining us at our Round Top Luna Experience on October 22nd. Each of these women was chosen because of what she has built, what she has learned along the way, and the generosity with which she shares it with the women around her.

One evening. One room. A conversation that is going to stay with you long after you drive home.

Tickets are still live and linked in bio. We cannot wait to see you there!! by @drew.defir
