Moments from @kimberlykingparsons interview last month in @willametteweek about her short story "Guts" by @loosetooth.press

Loose Tooth in the @nytimes last week 📰 by @loosetooth.press

Newsletter subscribers heard it first, but we're growing our small team.

This opportunity is unpaid, and low time-commitment (<5 hours per week) — Loose Tooth is still a new project, and everyone involved is volunteering their time. For now, revenue flows either to contributing writers or back into the press.

Email us by October 20 to be considered. by @loosetooth.press

Although our core focus at Loose Tooth will remain short fiction, we’re opening things up in a special open call for pieces that don’t conform to traditional narrative.

Loose Tooth is accepting pitches for manuscripts that can’t easily be categorized, to be published as a limited edition chapbook.

If you have a project that could take the form of a small, thoughtfully designed book, we’d love to hear about it.

Your manuscript does not have to be complete or print-ready. We will help you with design and layout.

Email info@loosetooth.press with the subject line formatted as YOUR NAME – PROPOSED TITLE. Send a brief cover letter (including a biographical statement), and a separate paragraph describing your proposed piece. Please attach any supporting materials as a pdf or a link within the body of the email — do not attach images or videos to your email.
