Today Lackadaisy completes one year since its debut on YouTube, surpassing 13 million views. I couldn’t be more satisfied and grateful for being able to contribute to that reality even for a little bit. I remember back in 2020 when I saw the first pencil tests on their channel and got myself wondering about how amazing it would be being part of that team, helping them create this piece of art. Two years later I was there, working on the cleanup department as part of the crew. I am grateful to be part of this amazing, talented and humane group that put so much effort into creating something so beautiful and entertaining. Lackadaisy is one of my most beloved projects in my career so far!!! Things are happening, things are coming, so stay tuned and hope you all enjoy it! Best way to turn 30!!! To think that Mordecai was the first character that I worked on in the Lackadaisy pilot episode. I couldn't receive a better present 🖤 He has a special place in my heart and his plushie is definitely my favorite ✨️ Original character and story by @lackadaisycats #lackadaisycats #mordecaiheller #birthdaygift #indieanimation by @loraclazuli
