Doechii, Chappel Roan, The Breeders, Garbage, Olivia Rodrigo, Sarah McLachlan, Alanis Morissette, and Stevie Nicks!! A spring in my step and a smile in my heart for this new @toyota commercial.

It’s always amazing to see my work out in the world, especially at this scale. But this project is extra special to me because it’s my first @sagaftra commercial. It feels like a culmination of all the work I’ve done in my career so far, and a marker for more good things to come.

It’s wild to reflect on how much work goes into this job. More than 300 hours of work, more than 100 audition tapes, more than 20 in-person auditions and callbacks, all in 1 year. I’m really grateful for every opportunity I’ve had, every casting director who’s invited me to perform, every little life I’ve gotten to step into. Watching these tapes back, I see how much of myself I’ve poured into these characters. This job is hard, but it can also be very tender, if you let it.
