Worlds 2026 with this incredible crew - I just can’t quite put it into the right words. We worked hard, we pushed boundaries and we gave it our all. Such an incredible group of talented and hard working young women, it has been an absolute pleasure coaching you. Not the finals run we were hoping for, but third in the world is still fantastic. To get to coach alongside @torirubin for the first time, it has been an absolute blast. Our season is not yet over, still some business meetings back in the UK to attend. Just finally reflecting after another world’s trip. Thankful for these 24 beautiful, talented and hardworking girls, and trusting me to help guide them through their season. There were ups, downs, laughs and tears, but I have loved the journey and in the end, it was all worth it. To my hilarious partner in crime coach Dave, I have loved coaching alongside you this season. Coach @charlottefrazerr, your talent and eye for detail are unmatched. Ruby Dolls 25/26, you literally were the best 💋❤️🥇 by @loralizak

These kids have been working hard on their teams, and had a great time showcasing that work at their first performance of the season, U Debut 💛🖤 Proud of all 5 of my teams for their runs at showcase… great things are in store this season #UAallday #UDebut #cheer by @loralizak

These women are my soul mates. We’ve been together for nearly *gasp* 25 years. And I truly cannot wait for the next 25.

We just spent the most incredible week together. Relaxing, laughing, exploring, crying, anchoring to our truest selves and the everlasting bond we share.

I’m so grateful for the time together, the generosity of @alana_potter in hosting us in beautiful Playa del Coco, and for friendship that spans time and distance. My cup (& heart and soul) is so full. I cannot wait for our next adventure together 💞 I love you

Back in the UK and met up with my cousin and his wife for lunch in Mayfair. PJ loved all the cars we saw on the way there and back, the food was delicious, and we ended the trip with some books from the flagship Waterstones by Piccadilly Circus. #girlinlindon #earlymaybankholiday #family by @loralizak

After some time to reflect, I wanted to post my appreciation to everyone who helped make Worlds 2025 one to remember. Starting with my TE Queens, making finals in AGP and coming 6th in finals ❤️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿👑 Then it was time for my Steelers, who qualifies for finals in 6th place, hit zero in finals and moved up to 4th!! Such a tough division, but they ended up top of the non-US teams ⛓️💪🏻 And lastly wanted to shout out the amazing staff who have worked alongside me the whole way, supporting and pushing me to be my best. Out of 8 worlds teams, we walked away with 5 globes, and all teams in the top 5 of their division. 🖤💛 #UAalltheway taken in Orlando, Florida by @loralizak

I can’t believe it… a whole decade. A whole decade since you left this earth 💛 You left a hole that could never be filled, but we know you are shining your light on us all. I saw not one but two rainbows today, I think it’s a sign 🌈🌈#wwgd by @loralizak

Last night as a six year old, how will he be seven tomorrow 😱 Don’t mind his face, he had an altercation with a toy earlier today 😅🙈He also is in desperate need for a haircut. Catch the glow up in the coming weeks 😂 #peterjames #birthday #sevenyearold taken in Wimbledon, United Kingdom by @loralizak
