Well boys, it finally happened. Checked a bucket list achievement off and secured my first 30 pound bag coming in at 31 pounds 9 ounces for my personal best 5 fish limit. I could not be more stoked and beyond blessed. Theres a few crazy things about this - I hadn't launched in this part of the lake in many months, the area I caught the entirety of my bag on was a small 30 yard section of the lake I have fished before but never found anything big. Lastly, I had rigged up my bait in a new fashion and this was the first time trying it out. Well... it works to say the least. All fish on this magical day were caught on 1 rod, 1 reel and 1 bait only. I know my pops was with me that day smiling down from the heavens and was just as hyped as I was with each cull. This lake is truly incredible and never ceases to blow my mind. I will be thinking about this one for a long time, it was nothing short of legendary.

The not so secret, secret bait 🤣🤫. What an absolute freak of a specimen. Went out to practice for the Native No Limit for an hour or two Friday after setting up camp and caught the winning fish a day early. Just how my luck would go. 8 pounds 4 ounces on the Bubba and 24.25" on my new Ketch board (its lucky btw). I bought some of these baits months ago and barely just now might be figuring something out on them... just maybe 😤. One of the sickest bites and fights I have ever experienced. This fish is my biggest of the year and second biggest I have caught at this particular lake. Think ill just have to find a bigger one soon. Truly blessed to run into her. Stoked. Now lets find another mega boyz. LFG.
P.S. some of yall will rejoice seeing me wearing a life jacket. This one's for you 😝😝😝

Talk about redemption. Took close to a month hiatus from the Bass Factory and a previous skunk trip to come back and be rewarded with my biggest fish of the year. On a bait that I have little to no confidence in. Attempting to branch out and continue progressing and learning and id say this fish is highly confidence instilling. By mid day the wind picked up and had bait fish pushed into specific areas and the fish were going ham on them. Stoked to run into a fish of this caliber finally that was not shaking a daggom minnow this year. Hopefully run into a few more blimps like this before they all spawn. Lets get it boyz.

Solid kicker from a 27+ pound bag from a month ago. Quality all the way through the day just no true giants. She came in at 6 pounds 14 ounces and was 21.75" long. Put in some work these last few months and got semi dialed which ultimately lead me to some really insane days and a couple fish of a lifetime. Ill eventually post those but for now im going to keep catching up on some of the other pics and videos ive been sitting on. Clear Lake truly is the most magical lake on the planet. Blessed to be able to fish it as much as I can.

The last frog clip from one of the most glorious frog sessions I've ever had. Still cant believe I never had caught a fish on a frog at Clear Lake until this day and ended up absolutely annihilating them. One of those perfect time perfect place kind of deals. Basically smashed em the entire day until dark. A trip ill never forget thats for sure. Feels like ive had so many unforgettable trips up on the big pond this year, truly blessed.

Some offshore urchin greatness! Haven't posted many of these clips... this one is from back in the beginning of July. The wind picked up and positioned some of these biggins in just the same way as the day I caught my first 30 bag but on a completely different part of the lake. So sick. Had almost 28 on this session. Been having a legendary year on the big pond. Truly blessed.

Haven't posted in a while. Couple bigs from another 27+ pound day from a few weeks ago. First time giving the BKK Quad Urchin hook a gander and copped some solid specimen. Been having such a great time on the big pond, she's been blessing me every trip. Just out there putting my time in and getting lucky with some quality fish here and there. Truly grateful to have the best lake in the world right here close to me, wouldnt want to be anywhere else. Everytime im in the car heading home im already counting down until I can go back.

Little throwback to an unposted clip from last year tossin the ole glide around. Always a good time gettin em to go on the big bait. If I recall correctly this fish was just under 20 inches and close to 4 pounds. Nothin huge but a fun one!

Put together a bag last week on the Shaps Scope Ube Max! First day out rippin some fish on this bad boy and we had ourselves a grand ole time with a bag comin in at 29 pounds 6 ounces and somewhere around 104-105 inches. Unfortunately missed quite a few of these on camera. Id pull up and make a cast quick and forget to tell the gopro to start recording and ole big would bite immediately. I also was holding the bigger 6 over the side of the boat to stay in the water before pictures and she shook free of my grasp 😆🤦‍♂️. Needless to say, Scope Ube Max puts in some work. If youre looking for a readily available alternative to a coike fullcast look no further and grab you some of these. Confidence instilling when your first fish of the day is a 7-4 that bite instantaneously on a spot you found em on a couple weeks before. So sick.
