I wanted my parents to see all the beauty of Córdoba and the heart of Argentina so this is what we did in their 11 night stay!

- Took in the culture! There is so much history in Córdoba, we walked, went to museums, looked at the architecture and took a historical tour to ensure we had our facts straight.

- We ATE! Food specific to Argentina and Córdoba including but not limited to, ASADO from family and restaurants, alfajores, conitos, chocotorta, milanesa, lomitos from bodegones and fernet were all on the list

- We saw family! I’m here because this is where my partner grew up and her whole family is here so my parents were able to meet my in-laws for the first time and many many more family and friends

- Visited the mountains! We travelled to San Antonio, Carlos Paz leading us to Los Gigantes and Villa General Belgrano stopped in at PePeRina in Alta Gracia as well for more food!

- Hung out in the city. Just to get the vibe of the area we went to the places where real people hang out, small coffee shops, parks, plazas.

if you want exact locations and restaurant names I’d be happy to share or maybe make another video out of favourite spots :)

In closing… my parents say they had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back. My dad loved his time here so much he has a massive Sol De Mayo tattoo on his leg. I had a great time showing them around, and did things that me and my partner would probably have not done if they hadn’t opened our “tourist” eyes to this beautiful city again.

Im so very grateful for my time here and I’m excited to see my friends and family in Canada but I want this last month to be special. I truly believe I’ve done all of the classic tourist things but I know there’s always more so please send me recs!
