Autumn reminds me that nothing needs to be held onto to be fully loved.
The leaves turn, the waters reflect, the mountains remain.

And I am here, quietly, completely myself, with the beautiful spaciousness of simply being.
On my own. No script. No expectations. No destination I must arrive at.
Just this life, as it unfolds through me, guided by my own soul, my own consciousness, my own quiet knowing.
And somehow, everywhere I look, there is love.
All of it.
The stillness.
The changing.
The golden light.
The coming.
The going.
The being.
All is full of love. ✨🍂💧

Recently my youngest sister flew into Colorado from Minnesota for a visit. We took the drive to Crestone, Colorado to explore, making a special trip to the Ziggurat.
Crestone is a nationally designated 'Dark Sky', so we were out at 2am watching the stars. I've not seen stars like this in many years. The Milky Way was very visible but past the peak season for the colors, and we saw 3 shooting stars. No Orbs, or UFOS, which the area is known for. But what a wonderful trip it was. taken in Crestone, Colorado by @lore_malone

There is something wonderfully unapologetic about Zinnias. They aren't delicate flowers asking permission to exist, they are joy with stems, sturdy and extravagant, blooming as though the world has given them one instruction: keep going. by @lore_malone

I had such a profound realization yesterday. I've never felt, experienced my central nervous system to be still..

Losing my job in February this year, and filing for s.s., has given me a peace I've not had before.
At age 66 I've not been more content!
