🚫🚫 MY STANCE ON AI🚫🚫

I do not use it.

Have never used it.

Will never use it in this creative space no matter what it’s flagged as.

Thanks for coming to my TED talk.

I’m stepping out on a limb here but I started this page because I’m a mom and wanted to get some of “me” back, to do something for myself in other words. I know others can relate. Maybe this already exists, maybe it doesn’t but I’d love to connect with other bookish moms to create a space for us 😊 we can talk about whatever. If are interested, feel free to dm me or comment below.

Not as many as I’ve read in the past, but reading one book is still reading one book. Some of these titles are so memorable and I was fortunate enough to get the ARC for! I continue to be all over the place in my genre reading 🫣

What was your favorite read in September?

Guys when I saw this ARC I RAN and did not walk to sign up. I’m so glad I was chosen and couldn’t be more excited to be a part of the team.

She starts to fall for him AND finds a woman in his basement freezer?? Invested.

What trope or genre has you invested straight away?

Yesterday I had the amazing opportunity to go see @jodipicoult at @chsmusichall in conjunction with @ladybirdbooks_chs on her Chapters Tour. Hollow Bones is her 30th book and she talked about her writing process, some of her other books, her personal life, and did some cool giveaways.

It was really amazing to hear her talk in person. She truly stands up for those who aren’t heard, are marginalized, and don’t have a voice in the first place. If you haven’t and she is nearby, I’d highly recommend you go see her on one of her tour stops. So inspirational! I cannot wait to dive in to her newest book.

QOTD: Have you seen an author you love?

PS. We have basically the same hair color so us redheads have to stick together 💪 😆

This was such a fun collage to make. I’ve been in this space almost two months now and, honestly, I’ve had the best time. It really fills my cup to be a small part of this community.

So I have to know, what’s on your Bookstagram wish list? Something you aspire to do. Remember: no dream is too big. If no one else does, I’ll cheer you on!

My first physical ARC gifted from the wonderful @hjnevs and when I tell you I was excited, I was EXCITED. Thank you so much for this. The Bone Seer is truly a great story. Stay tuned for my full review.

What book mail are you excited to get? If you are like me, you’ve lost track of your preorders and every bit of book mail is a surprise 🤣
