Built on prevention. 🤍

Understanding your toothbrush modes can completely change the way you care for your smile daily. Clean. Refresh. White. Polish. Sensitive.

If you’re only brushing, you’re missing a big part of your routine.

Water flossing helps remove what brushing leaves behind — especially along the gumline.

Most people skip this step.

From clinic chairs to cap and gown, what a journey it’s been.
Together, we entered dental hygiene school as strangers with shared dreams and are now leaving as sisters bonded by growth, passion, and grace. We’ve conquered long nights, tough patients, endless requirements, and celebrated every small win along the way.
This chapter tested us, shaped us, and strengthened us and I truly wouldn’t have made it without these three by my side.

Now we’re stepping into the world as Registered Dental Hygienists, ready to change lives. Here’s to friendship, growth, and a future full of purpose. I LOVE YALL!🦷🎓🩷 by @lorencia.rdh

Dental Hygiene Tip✨

🚫 Prevent Periodontitis Before It Starts! 🚫

🚨1. Brush Twice a Day – Use a soft-bristled toothbrush and fluoride toothpaste to remove plaque and prevent tartar buildup.

🚨2. Floss Daily – Clean between teeth to remove food particles and plaque where your toothbrush can’t reach.

🚨3. Regular Dental Check-Ups – Professional cleanings help remove hardened tartar and catch gum issues early.

🚨4. Balanced Diet – Eat nutritious foods that support gum health and boost your immune system.

🚨5. Quit Smoking – Tobacco use is a major risk factor for gum disease. Kick the habit for healthier gums!

🚨6. Hydrate – Drinking water helps wash away food particles and bacteria.

🦷 Protect Your Smile! A little prevention goes a long way in maintaining healthy gums and teeth.
