There’s a phrase floating around social media I love: “Everything is a win when you count it as experience.” It is shifting how I think about myself and the things I do. Last two weekends at Toby Creek have been fantastic, and are certainly a win in my biking journey. What a great experience ❤️ by @lorene.keitch

This August, I did my very first bikepacking trip. We biked an 89 km loop on mostly logging roads, with two mountain passes. We had stunning views, great food and good attitudes the whole 28 hours of our adventure. I’ve thought about it a lot the last couple weeks. I’m ridiculously proud of what I did, happy that I pushed, and so grateful for a partner that is so fun to adventure with. We’re already planning more trips like this next summer. ❤️ by @lorene.keitch

Wildflowers of Fernie. I didn’t stop for every flower I saw, but I did see lots. Perfect time of year to ride here 🌸 by @lorene.keitch

My first ever bike race today! I started off solo and feeling strong. Unfortunately my daughter hit a wall so last half was more ride-y than race-y. All good though. Sun was out, vibes of other riders was high and I got a ton of Strava metals since I never ride that trail. Sweet 🙌 by @lorene.keitch
