Kilometres 16 to 19 were not pretty 🥵

Legs heavy, breathing off, that little voice telling me to slow down. I didn’t. And crossing that finish line knowing I chose to keep going every single time it got hard — that feeling doesn’t get old.

Not every race goes to plan but every race teaches you something 🙌🏼

Sunshine Half Marathon was a fight from 12k onwards, but I kept going.. constantly battling between the voice who was screaming me to stop and the one telling me to push harder because I actually can 🏃🏻‍♀️💪🏼

The magic happens when you choose to listen the second one ✨

I struggled way more than the Brisbane one 2 months ago but still managed to hit a PR by 1 min finishing in 1:46:49 🥹

Turns out content creator life is mostly just you, your laptop, and trying to remember to leave the house at least once.

A real day in my life — a good breakfast, hours behind my computer, coffee beach break with @stillground_official, packages delivery, sunset training sessions, and carb-loaded dinner that makes it all possible. 🍝

A little bit of everything that’s been filling up my (pretty busy) life lately >>
Freelance work, content shoots, packages arriving, sales rep part time job, training & running a lot with 2 half Mara (like I did not have enough on my plate right now 🤪) wedding planning that somehow takes over your entire brain 🤯
also dancing, getting muddy, and cheering for France in a stadium full of Australians and somewhere in between all of that, becoming one 🥹🇦🇺

Some weeks I genuinely don’t know how it all fits. But it does. Somehow 🤷🏻‍♀️

Life is definitely full on 😅

Run, pilates, yoga, dance, circuit training — pick a personality they said.

Busy week of training at the moment, especially with another half marathon coming in 6 weeks 🏃🏻‍♀️
