I was excited when I learned that Light Camera Africa! Film Festival was returning. I screened my debut feature at the festival in 2019. That LCA was where you found the finest filmmakers — the ones who made film as art. I prayed for the founder and the festival to return.

This revival is even better, giving us the chance to screen our film #ByDesign, produced by me and written and directed by @jkosisochi. Leading the cast are @frank_ugwuoke and @egonworji. Thank you, @lcafilmfest.

I also had the opportunity to visit @mbarikola: The Art Society, and “she” has the most beautiful home. See you guys next year. by @lorenzomenakaya

Fueling the vision, honoring the people.

🇳🇬✨ Behind every great story is a relentless drive to create and a deep love for the community that brings it to life.

"We don’t make movies to make money, we make money to make more movies." – Walt Disney
"Film is to me, just unimportant. But people are very important." ― John Cassavetes

We sit at the intersection of both. We build the industry so we can keep telling our stories, but we never forget our audience is the real heart of the cinema. 🎬🦅

Let’s keep building, let’s keep connecting.
