What’s your go-to Sony camera and lens you pack with you when you travel?
For @lorenzotullio_ , it’s the Sony Alpha 7 IV + his favorite GM lenses.
“My goal was to capture a glimpse of Nepal’s sacred traditions during a full moon at Boudhanath Stupa and Swayambhunath Stupa in Kathmandu, with monks chanting mantras and prayer bells. I used the Sony Alpha 7 IV. Its ability to handle challenging light, preserving detail in shadows and highlights, is my favorite feature. Paired with the Sony FE 24-70mm F2.8 GM II, FE 16-35mm F2.8 GM II, FE 70-200mm F2.8 GM II, and FE 50mm F1.4 GM, it gave me everything I needed to tell this story.” - Lorenzo. 💯 #SonyAlpha taken in Kathmandu, Nepal by @lorenzotullio_

“My aim with these photos was to convey the essence of Kyoto, its colors, atmosphere, and deep cultural roots. For this series, I used the Sony Alpha 7 IV with the 24-70mm G Master II. This lens allows me to switch between wide-angle shots and detailed close-ups without changing gear, its sharpness and exceptional image quality help bring out the deep reds of the torii gates and the rich atmosphere of the city. For me, photography is all about telling these stories, capturing the soul of a place through its traditions and the emotions it evokes.” - @lorenzotullio_ 🇯🇵🏮

Through my lens in Jaipur.

Generations have gathered around Panna Meena ka Kund, a breathtaking stepwell that once served as a vital water source for the local community. Here, geometry and daily life have coexisted for centuries.

It’s incredible to see how culture, history, and functionality come together in such a simple yet profound structure.

Technically speaking, shooting from above allowed me to play with perspective and composition, capturing the hypnotic symmetry of the steps.

Hemis Festival 2026. Ladakh, India.

Every year, thousands of people gather at Hemis Monastery to celebrate one of the most important Buddhist festivals in Ladakh.

Monks perform traditional masked dances, accompanied by music, prayers and rituals that have been preserved for generations.

The festival celebrates the birth anniversary of Guru Padmasambhava, the spiritual figure who introduced Buddhism to Tibet and the Himalayan regions.

What fascinated me most was not only the ceremony itself, but the way an entire community comes together to keep this tradition alive.

As a photographer, these are the moments I look for: not just images, but stories of people and culture.

📸 Through my lens in Vietnam, generations of artisans have been crafting Tương Bấn, a unique fermented soybean paste, following techniques passed down for decades.

It’s incredible to witness how culture, history, and craft come together in such a simple yet profound product. Truly inspiring.

📌 From a technical standpoint, shooting from above allowed me to play with perspective and composition, capturing the layout of the workshop and the intricate details of the artisans’ process. Holi 2082. Nepal 🇳🇵This year, I didn’t just photograph Holi. I lived it.

As a photographer, you usually stay behind the lens.
During Holi, that distance disappears. Within seconds, you’re covered in color, surrounded by strangers who treat you like a friend.

Holi celebrates light over darkness and the arrival of spring.
But in the streets, it feels like something even more powerful.
A shared human moment.

Il Masai Mara è uno dei luoghi più straordinari al mondo per la fotografia naturalistica e culturale.

In collaborazione con @rce_foto, ho portato sul campo attrezzatura fotografica di qualità, scelta dal catalogo RCE, il più grande mercato di usato fotografico garantito d’Italia, per raccontare la fauna selvatica e la cultura di questo territorio.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana incredibile tra le sue distese sconfinate, fotografando la fauna selvatica e la comunità Maasai.

Tutti i video e gli scatti sono stati realizzati nel massimo rispetto e con il pieno consenso della comunità locale.

The Masai Mara is one of the most extraordinary places in the world for wildlife and cultural photography.

In collaboration with @rce_foto, I brought high-quality photography equipment into the field, selected from RCE’s catalogue, Italy’s largest marketplace for guaranteed second-hand photography equipment, to document the wildlife and culture of this region.

We spent an incredible week across its endless landscapes, photographing wildlife and the Maasai community, giving space to spontaneity to create images that feel alive and full of contrast.

All videos and photographs were created with the utmost respect and with the full consent of the local community.

Photographing a Komodo dragon in the wild has been on my list for years.

A setup that let me capture every detail from the right distance.
There’s something unreal about seeing such a powerful animal moving freely in its own world. Definitely one of the highlights of this trip.
