The Lorain County Section, National Council of Negro Women celebrated its 39th Annual Charter Day “Honoring Black Radio/Media: Shaping Comversations & Culture Today.” The luncheon’s atmosphere blended daytime sociability with structured formality, creating a bright, and engaging environment.
