What a F’n week. 🥊🏈

Wednesday night we had one fighter on the Haymakers for Hope card in Boston. Lori didn’t get the decision, but she won her biggest fight a long time ago. A cancer survivor who trained 4 months and stepped in the ring to fight for others still battling. That’s heart. So proud of you @loriflynn78 💪🏾

Shoutout to @andrew.nassif_1 and @imaad_didi for getting her ready and working that corner. @andrew.nassif_1 just got certified to work corners too. As a coach, watching my fighters grow into trainers and leaders is everything. Fighters supporting fighters. That’s what UpperKuts is about.

Then we sent 2 fighters to the New England Championships and came home with a CHAMPION. 🏆 Congrats @franklinperalta400

On the football side, both my teams got the W. Keefe Tech moves to 4-2 and the Worcester Vikings handled business. 🏈

Hard work pays off. Grateful for everyone around me putting in the work.

Some fights are bigger than what happens in the ring.

A few days later, and we’re still thinking about what an incredible night it was watching our Warrior Lori Flynn step into the ring for Haymakers for Hope.

But one of the most special parts of the night wasn’t just the fight itself. It was looking around and seeing the people who showed up for her.

Friends. Family. Coaches. Fellow Warriors.

All there for one person and a cause bigger than any of us.

Lori, we’re proud of the work you put in, the courage it took to step into that ring, and the heart you brought to this journey.

Because at UpperKuts, being in someone’s corner doesn’t end when the final bell rings.

We’re a family, inside and outside the ring!
