How lucky am I to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard.
I’m the luckiest to be her daughter.

Bernadette {Birdie} Joy Moench entered this world exactly at midnight on March 16, 2026 in the middle of a Minnesota blizzard ✨

She has completely stolen our hearts. Life will never be the same…in all the very best ways! 🎀 We are so blessed to be her Pippy & Poppy!

We love you, our sweet Birdie girl!💗🐥 by @lorimcdonough

💛Dear friends, I know it’s been a minute since my last post. Thank you for your sweet messages and texts in my absence. All is well but lots going on this year for my family. I know I don’t need to tell you…things are heavy right now. So many hard things. We’re all seeing it. We’re all feeling it. Like many of you, i am processing it every day. I am having deep conversations with my family and close friends. I am praying about it. A lot!

Meanwhile, I’ve decided I’m going to keep sharing my happy art if for no other reason than to maybe provide a bit of a light hearted break while you’re scrolling through the difficult stuff. I hope it provides a little sliver of sunshine, even on the darkest days.

I mean, how can you not smile at a pop tart that’s smiling back at you?

Hurkle durkle is the Scottish term that means "to lie in bed or lounge about when one should be up and about."

We measured 8 inches of snow in our yard this morning! ❄ Today was a day made for hurkle durkling!

New vinyl sticker in the shop!
