you are v heartly and warmly invited
to our release party next tuesday 💌

this one is extra special to me,
untypical for me to say, but i‘m out of words
i feel incredibly blessed to share this with you
to have all of you, my family, in the team, on stage and in the crowd

thank you to everyone from the deepest bottom of my heart for joining and supporting me on this wild ride
every single name on this poster is an incredible person and i cannot fathom what or where i did something so right in this life to deserve you, honestly wow

it‘s not just a celebration of a new era
it‘s a celebration and hommage to
everyone i met, everyone i lost,
everyone i FUCKING LOVE

i used to think i need to be better, sing better, write better, look better - and while that might be true for some parts
it’s rarely ever just pure talent, skill or appearance that need tweaking
i think it’s heartbreaking: talent gets you into the room but resources decide who gets to stay (and enter the next)
and it’s not that the dream is unrealistic or unreachable, it’s the long a$ s
-not premium plan since birth path-
that’s filled with mean potholes by design,
most people even have to build the road while walking on it,

for example, where i’m from? we love our cobblestone streets
do you know how long it takes to lay every single stone? and how expensive those stones can bee omg

and that’s only the surface, the most expensive part of a road is the infrastructure underneath
the foundation nobody sees, but everything depends on it

we’re all gonna arrive at the dream destination eventually but many of us don’t have access to the short cuts and fast cars and it has nothing to do with talent, writing, or looks by @loriusigh
