From humble beginnings to a powerful movement.

In 2010, the vision for God’s Girls was born… not in a big hall, not on a stage, but in a house.

Just a few girls hungry for more, with amazing women of God, gathering with open hearts, seeking God, praying, and growing together.

Fast forward to today… what started in a living room has become a mission.
A calling.
A movement of women rising, walking boldly in purpose, and being SENT FORTH.

Five Sundays ago, the Lord, in His infinite wisdom and mercy, saw it fitting to call His son home.

We were not ready. Our hearts still ache, our hands still long to hold him, our ears still yearn for his voice.
But even in our sorrow, we rest in the truth that “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit” (Psalm 34:18).

He was ready. Ready to lay down the body that had become a vessel of pain and suffering.
Ready to step into the arms of his Eternal Father, into a place where “He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore” (Revelation 21:4).

So today, I am comforted even more, because I am reminded of the cross—of the sacrifice, the empty tomb, and the unshakable promise of resurrection.
“I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die” (John 11:25).
Because He lives, we have hope—not just for today, but for eternity.

So I cling to this truth: “To live is Christ, and to die is gain” (Philippians 1:21).

He is not gone, not truly. He is alive in Christ, in glory, in perfect peace. And one day, we will meet again—where time no longer steals, and love never ends.

I miss looking after you, Dad. I miss reminding you to eat, sitting with you, and watching over you. Each day I wake wondering why I’m not at the hospital.
I even miss how you made us laugh—your humor shining through, even in your last days. Thank you for those moments. They are treasures now.
