Wrapped up an amazing Nationals week, my heart is so full.

This season has been about commitment, growth, resilience, and watching our dancers choose to work hard every single day. Seeing that dedication pay off on the national stage has been one of the greatest rewards.

To our incredible JBDA family—thank you. Thank you to every dancer for trusting the process, pushing through the tough days, and giving your whole heart. Thank you to our families for supporting these amazing kids every step of the way.

Thank you Melissa for providing us with a new beautiful home and your continued belief and support. To my fellow teachers... Thank you for your endless time, passion, creativity, and love for our dancers. Everything we accomplish is because of what we build together.

I am especially humbled and honored to have received Revel’s Teacher of the Year award. This recognition means the world to me. It reflects the incredible students, families, and colleagues I’m blessed to work with every day. Thank you, Revel @reveldanceconvention , for this unforgettable honor. Thank you Rex for being the best Daddy to our three! Nothing compares to seeing you and Liam bond over the same things and you being the best girl Dad. We appreciate all you do for our family.. cooking, handyman stuff, making us laugh and all your love! Loved spending the day with you..

Today is the first of the lasts for our graduating seniors. It’s hard to believe we’re already at this point. It feels like yesterday many of these dancers were walking into the studio for the first time, and now we’re preparing for their final season.

As we begin auditions for the 2026-2027 season, I’m incredibly excited for what’s ahead. At the same time, my heart is having a hard time accepting that this will be the final chapter for so many...
